Treasury, liquidity, and payments products I've led from strategy through delivery and adoption.
Merchant Acquiring Platform Enhancements
Fiserv · 2026 – Present
Leading enhancements to merchant acquiring solutions across Fiserv platforms, covering onboarding, payment processing, settlement, and reporting for merchants of every size.
Partnering with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to prioritize a scalable payment-acceptance roadmap
Streamlining integrations across acquiring services to shorten merchant onboarding time
Using transaction and operational data to find friction points and turn them into roadmap items
Merchant acquiring sits at the intersection of payments infrastructure and small-business reality — a slow onboarding flow or a confusing settlement report has an outsized impact on a merchant's day. This initiative focuses on tightening that experience end to end, from the moment a merchant signs up to the moment funds settle.
Ongoing work centers on using real transaction and feedback data, not assumptions, to decide what gets built next.
Cross-Border & Domestic Payment Modernization
BMO Commercial Bank · 2025 – 2026
Led product initiatives across ACH, wire, and cross-border payment rails for North American commercial banking clients, turning traditional payment capabilities into self-service digital journeys.
Set the roadmap by weighing client needs, market opportunity, and competitive intelligence
Coordinated technology, operations, risk, and compliance to ship scalable payment capabilities
Built go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services and tracked adoption through defined KPIs
ACHWiresCross-Border PaymentsGo-to-Market
Commercial clients expect the same speed and transparency from business payments that they get in their personal banking apps. This initiative modernized the client-facing experience around ACH, wire, and cross-border payments — without disrupting the underlying rails that operations and compliance teams depend on.
Getting there required constant translation between client-facing priorities and the realities of core banking infrastructure, plus a go-to-market motion that gave Sales a clear, simple story to tell.
Virtual Accounts & Liquidity Management
RBC Capital Markets · 2023 – 2024
Took Virtual Accounts Management and a suite of liquidity solutions from strategy through delivery for RBC's US Cash Management business, giving corporate treasurers a single, structured view of cash spread across a multi-entity organization.
Built product roadmaps covering multi-entity structures, payables & receivables, in-house banking, MMMF sweeps, and notional pooling
Ran design-thinking discovery sessions that reshaped the solution around real treasurer workflows
Partnered with Risk to align every feature with AML, KYC, and fraud-control requirements from day one
Corporate treasury teams often manage dozens of legal entities and bank accounts with no unified view of where cash actually sits. This initiative gave them one: a virtual account structure layered on top of existing accounts, paired with liquidity tools like notional pooling and MMMF sweeps so idle balances could be put to work automatically.
The hardest part wasn't the technology — it was change management. Rolling out a new way of seeing cash meant retraining relationship teams and clients alike, so the rollout plan carried as much weight as the product roadmap itself.
Scotia Smart Investor
Scotiabank Digital Factory · 2022 – 2023
Spearheaded the technical build of a digital advice product that recommends investment plans and products based on a customer's risk appetite.
Translated business requirements into technical specs across multiple deposit and investment products
Partnered with design on onboarding flows that cut onboarding time by 15%
Ran QAT/UAT testing directly alongside the QA team to keep releases on schedule
Digital AdviceDeposits & InvestmentsAgile
Scotia Smart Investor matches customers to investment plans — RRSP, TFSA, NRSP — and products like GICs and mutual funds based on their risk appetite, replacing a manual, advisor-dependent process with a guided digital flow.
Working inside a microservices architecture meant close collaboration with engineering to keep data integration clean, while sprint-level ownership of the backlog kept the feature set focused on what actually moved the onboarding-time needle.
